SOLUTION: A spool having a chamber 9 is provided. Windings 15 and 16 are contained in each chamber 9. The respective windings 15 and 16 have an outer surface 18, which is formed of a straight line that is moved in parallel with respect to an axial line AA' of the spool 6. In this case, the entire outermost surface 18 at the winding of each chamber 9 agrees with the cylinder surface in parallel with an outer surface 17 of the spool 6, respectively.
