Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent protective circuit for a boost-type battery discharge controller which has a number of unseparated parallel power stages. SOLUTION: A number of power stages 16a'-16N' which are connected in parallel to each other have input fuses 18a'-18N' and output fuses 20a'-20N' whose current rating is predetermined. Further, resistors 26a-26N which are connected in series to the input ends of the respective output fuses 20a'-20N' of the respective power stages 16a'-16N' and limit a fault current flowing through the respective power stages to be not larger than a predetermined level which is not larger than the predetermined current rating of the input fuses 18a'-18N' and the output fuses 20a'-20N' and a current bypass route 44 which is provided as a current route connected in parallel to the power stages 16a'-16N' when the fault current exceeds the predetermined current rating of the input and output fuses are provided. The current bypass route 44 consists of two diodes 46 and 48 which are connected in series to each other.
