In a temperature falling process of a second baking process, a gradually cooling process wherein temperature falling gradient of 0-5 deg.C/hour is set in a range between 700-400 deg.C or a temperature maintaining process keeping a constant temperature is installed, and the gradually cooling process and the temperature maintaining process are performed in atmosphere whose oxygen partial pressure is higher than or equal to 50vol.%. |
