description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift the indicating point at a pilot indicating section visibly using an effective pulse by repeating an operation by invalidating a first pulse, when it is detected, for a set time shorter than a second pulse width and then validating the first pulse. SOLUTION: A rotation detecting circuit 21 outputs two pulses P1 for each revolution of an impeller 4 and an accumulation circuit 24 outputs a pulse P2 every time when city water flows at a predetermined flow rate. Upon receiving a pulse through a common signal line 11a and a data input circuit 33, a data decision circuit 32 decides which of the pulse P1 or P2 is received. In case of the pulse P1, receiving of supply pulse is interrupted for a set time tc shorter than the pulse width tb of the pulse P2 and the frequency of the pulse P1 to be accepted is suppressed to 1/tc or below. Firing position of a pilot indication segment 16 is shifted by the pulse P1 and the shifting rate is suppressed to 1/tc or below. The firing position shifting rate can be made visible on the indication segment 16 by selecting the set time tc appropriately. |
