SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by mixing at least one organic polyisocyanate component (e.g. lacquer polyisocyanate having a biured group derived from 1,6-diisocyanatohexane) with a solvent-free polyhydroxy component containing an OH-functional polyacrylate component obtained by polymerizing an olefinically unsaturated monomer mixture at least one of the components of which is OH-functional (e.g. a mixture of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate with styrene, etc.) in the presence of a compound having an ether group and at least one OH group (e.g. propylene-oxide-based polyether) and having an OH content of 3.0-18.0wt.% and a viscosity of 200-10,000mPa.s in a specified NCO to OH equivalent ratio. |
