Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject device having low ionization potential, capable of forming a stable amorphous film and excellent in heat stability, operation stability and durability and useful for flat panel displays, etc., by constituting the device of a specific multinuclear amine. SOLUTION: This electroluminescent device is constituted of a multinuclear arylamine represented by the formula (R to R are each an aryl; A and A are each a biaryl), e.g. N, N-bis-[4'-(N-phenyl-N-m-tollylamino)-4- biphenylyl]aniline. Furthermore, preferably, the electroluminescent device successively comprises a positive hole-transferring element composed of a supporting substrate, an anode and the multinuclear arylamine of the formula, an element for electron injection and a cathode. |
