Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a clarifying temperature range by coating a support with dispersion liquid in which two or more types of organic low molecular weight substances are dispersed in a solid state in resin solution, drying it to form a reversible thermosensitive recording layer, and then annealing the layer at a temperature of a melting point or higher of the substances. SOLUTION: In the case of manufacturing the reversible thermosensitive recording material having a structure that organic low molecular weight substance is dispersed in resin matrix and a reversible thermosensitive recording layer in which a transparent state and an opaque state are reversibly repeatable according to a temperature history, first a support is coated with dispersion liquid in which two or more types of organic low molecular weight substances are dispersed in solid state in resin solution, and dried to form the reversible thermosensitive recording layer. Then, the recording layer is annealed at a temperature of a melting point or higher of the organic substance. The heating temperature is preferably a melting point or higher of the substance, and a softening temperature or higher of the resin matrix of the recording layer.
