SKI AND MANUFACTURE OF SKI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing force of a protector and a surface sheet, and make a rear end part of the surface sheet unseparable by cutting off only the surface sheet to cover a rear upper surface of the protector arranged in a tail part of a ski, and forming it as the tail part whose protector surface is exposed. SOLUTION: In a ski plate, a sliding face material 2, a steel edge, an adjusting prepreg and an under surface reinforcing material 3 are laminated, and after a central core material 4 is arranged, an upper surface reinforcing material 5, upper surface prepreg and a surface sheet 6 are layered on it. In a protector 7, a protector front part 7a is layered after the central core material 4 is layered on the under surface reinforcing plate 3, and in the upper surface reinforcing plate 5, a rear part is adhered to a surface of the protector front part 7a. The surface sheet 6 is layered up to a surface of a protector rear part 7b, and is adhered by being pressurized by a molding metal mold after it is layered, and afterwards, only the surface sheet 6 is cut off along the surface of the protector rear part 7b by a cutter or the like.
