Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera having a grip part that can be positively gripped even by a user with small hands through the efficient layout structure of a battery and a stroboscopic capacitor. SOLUTION: A camera 10 has a built-in stroboscope 12, a stroboscopic capacitor connected to the built-in stroboscope 12, and a battery 23 serving as power supply. The stroboscopic capacitor is provided as a plurality of cylindrical capacitors 24, 25 connected in parallel, and either one (24, for instance) of a plurality of cylindrical capacitors 24, 25 is disposed in a grip part of the camera 10, while the other cylindrical capacitor 25 is disposed in a camera body excluding the grip part of the camera 10.
