SOLUTION: A fixed part 1 is composed of a long and narrow plate whose rear face 11 is set as a fitting face for a face to be fitted. The fixed part 1 is formed into a bent shape projecting to the surface 12 side so as to resist a return deformation force of projecting pieces 2. A long hole 13 is bored in the top of the fixed part 1 and a screw hole 14 is bored in the bottom part. The projecting piece 2 is composed of a quarter circle shape which is formed bent from the both sides of the bottom halt part of the fixed part 1 in the direction crossing at right angles with the surface 12 of the fixed part 1. The parallel projecting pieces 2 crossing at right angles with the fixed part 1 are surrounded by arc end faces 21 and linear end faces 22 and the linear end faces 22 cross at right angles with the fixed part 1. The linear end faces 22 sides of respective projecting pieces 2 are bent to the opposite sides of the corresponding projecting pieces 2 and formed into long and narrow shapes so that support parts develop 9 the direction crossing at right angles with the fixed part 1. The top face 31 of the support part 3 is set to a support face of the shelf plate.
