Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method to facilitate position matching of the raising end (full closing) position of a door glass with a door body having a window frame. SOLUTION: A loose fit-in hole 21 is formed in the carrier plate 3 of an window regulator 2 attached to a door body having a window frame 11 and a door glass 4 is temporarily locked by means of a screw 4 by utilizing the loose fit-in hole 21. When through operation of the window regulator 2, the door glass 4 in a temporarily locked state is raised, the door glass 4 in a temporarily locked state is registered by means of the window frame 11 serving as a guide. Thereafter, the screw 5 under a temporarily locked state is regularly fastened to fix the door glass 4 to the carrier plate 3.
