Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a worker freely movable across between both stations despite of the existence of a cart in any side of first and second stations (1st and 2st). SOLUTION: When a first cart 24 is feedably moved from 1st to 2st as shown in (a) and (b), this movement is made manually by a worker, oppsitely, returning movement from 2st to 1st is made by a winding device 90 provided on the 2st as far as the vicinity of in intermediate position shown in (b), and the returning movement is made by a winding device 32 provided on the 1st from the vicinity of the intermediate position to the 1st. In a coupling mechanism 28, a connecting tool 134 is cut off and also connected mechanically, that is, without needing outside power, by engaging with a mounting/dismounting memer 36.
