Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate impedance matching of an impedance matching circuit, at both input and output sides by providing indices indicating each connecting position of a circuit component to a line pattern. SOLUTION: A microwave signal received from a coaxial connector 7a is given to a microwave transistor(TR) 1 via a microstrip line 21a. An output of the TR 1 is provided from a coaxial connector 7b via a microstrip line 21b. Then each connection position of circuit components being a power supply coil 3, a capacitor 5 and a metallic conductor 6 is indicated by indices 10a-10e formed by etching a pattern for the impedance matching among the TR 1 and the lines 21a, 21b. As a result, impedance adjustment by variable capacitors 4a, 4b is simplified.
