description PURPOSE: To provide a reagent for immunological agglutination reaction with which a substance to be measured can be measured with high sensitivity in a short wavelength region even when the concentration of the substance is low without contaminating the cell of a measuring instrument so much and, at the same time, has physico-chemical stability which is practically sufficiently larger than the conventional reagent for liposomal agglutination reaction and an immunological analysis method using the reagent. CONSTITUTION: A reagent fro immunological agglutination reaction is used for measuring the amount of agglutination substance resulting from an antigen- antibody reaction and a polymerized liposome containing polymerized phospholipid as a membrane constituting component is used for the reagent as a carrier. In addition, an antibody or antigen is immobilized on the surface of the polymerized liposome. By causing the antigen-antibody reaction by making the reagent to act to a sample to by measured, the agglutinated amount of liposome is measured.
