Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of passing a cable, a vinyl pipe or the like through an underground conduit line in which extension can be made without a cable or the like being expanded nor scratched, and particularly, excessive tension is not applied to a cable or the like even when it passes through the bent part of a conduit line and therefore the cable or the like is not damaged. SOLUTION: A pair of elastic rollers 6a with a compressed gas filled in the hollow part are provided on the ground in the side of a manhole or the like at one end of an underground conduit line, and a cable or the like is held between the pair of elastic rollers 6a and the pair of elastic rollers 6a are rotated to force the cable or the like into the conduit line 2 through a flexible guide tube 9 provided as far as the opening of the conduit line in the manhole 3 or the like from the place, and a pair of the same elastic rollers 6a as mentioned above provided on the ground in the side of a manhole 4 or the like at the other end of the conduit line 2 are rotated to hold the cable or the like between them to pull it out from the conduit line 2. A lubricant is supplied to the outer circumference of a cable or the like on this side of the opening of a conduit line on the forcing side to insert the cable or the like through the conduit line from its one end to its other end.
