CORNER MEMBER CONNECTING ROUND PIPE

PURPOSE: To increase safety, by providing fixing means to fix the end of a round pipe at both ends and providing a flexible bellows made of synthetic resin in the middle. CONSTITUTION: A corner member 5 is fitted between the ends of round handrail pipes in a corner. In this time, metallic fixing means 5B provided at both ends of the corner member 5 are fixed to a pin provided in the inside of the end of round handrail pipes A brack or other-colored positioning mark 5C is formed on the corner member 5 to make it possible to visually confirm that the corner member 5 is securely fixed to the round handrail pipe. When necessary, a metallic wire is arranged in the inside or the outside of a synthetic resin bellows 5A and both ends thereof are connected to a fixing means 5B so as to fix a safety rope of a safety belt. In this way, this member can prevent such accidents that one is caught by a protruding end of a round handrail pipe, a corner member made of a sprig, etc., on transferring.
