FORMS HAVING CONCEALING INFORMATION RECORDED THEREIN, AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture forms having concealing information recorded therein at a low cost and use variable information as the concealing information. SOLUTION: A forms base material 31 and concealing information record layers 32 and 33 which are arranged at a predetermined area on the forms base material 31 and have first and second layers layered therein are provided. One of the first layer and the second layer contains a material which is to be crushed by pressure. One of the first layer and the second layer is a coupler layer 32 which contains a coupler and the other is a developer layer 33 having a developer which colors in reaction to the coupler. Further, one of the first layer and the second layer is the information layer 33 in which concealing information formed of characters, diagrams, symbols and others is recorded unreadably. The other is the layer 32 arranged at an area having the area of the information layer 33 in the direction of thickness.
