SOLUTION: At the part of fine graduations 4, light diffused by a translucent dial plate material 12 is intercepted by a milkwhite transmission ink layer 14 printed on the rear of a transparent dial plate material 11 so that the degree of transmission of the light is reduced. According, lighting is made at a lower brightness on the fine graduation part 4 than that on the numeral 2 and the main graduations 3. The density of the milk white transmission ink layer 14 formed on the rear of the transparent dial plate material 11 is regulated according to the distance from a high luminance light source 5 to adjust the lighting luminance on the fine graduation 4 part.
