Here, an oil distribution peripheral groove 26, arranged adjacent to the bearing ring 16 by the shaft end part 21, is connected to a pressure chamber 31 limited by the adjusting piston 15 through a connection pipe line 27 provided in the bearing ring 16 and/(or) the bearing bush 18.
