description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply a conventional ceiling to a system ceiling without spoiling the earthquake resistant property, by providing a fixed part fitted to a T-shaped bar and a clip fitted to the fixed part rotatably around the vertical axis and provided with a hooking piece fitted to a ceiling joist material. SOLUTION: The horizontal piece 1a of a T-shaped bar is positioned from the lower side of the T-shaped bar to the diagonal direction in which the guide piece 8d of a fixed part 8 is not provided, to push the fixed part 8 to the T-bar. The fixed part 8 is rotated in the horizontal in-plane direction and the horizontal piece 1a is held between the fixed part body 8a and the holding piece 8b. Next, a clip 7 is rotated around a flat countersunk head screw 10 and inserted in a ceiling joist 6 while the connecting direction of the hooking pieces 7b is positioned in the groove direction formed between the opposite fixing parts 6b of a M-shaped channel 6a used for the cradling material 6. Subsequently, the clip 7 is rotated to vertically arrange the hooking pieces 7b and fixing parts 6b and fixed to the channel. In this way, a cradling material with which a conventional ceiling can be installed, can be easily fitted to a system ceiling.
