DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONVERTING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always perform efficient optimization by automatically selecting an optimizing method and the order of execution corresponding to a source program. SOLUTION: An analytic part 14a for the dependent relation of data at an information analytic part 14 analyzes the dependent relation of data used for the source program and while using the analyzed result of dependent relation of these data, an information collecting part 14b for optimizing factors sums up the number of instructions to become the object of optimizing processing for each optimizing method as optimizing factors. An optimization selecting part 12 selects the optimizing method to be executed and the order of that execution corresponding to the summed-up result of optimizing factors. Then, an optimizing processing part 16 executes the selected optimizing method in the selected order of execution.
