When a screwing condition of the machine screw 4 is insufficient and it is dislocated from a tip end of the shaft part 12, the machine screw 4, tends to drop down to the downward, but in this operating condition, under the tip end of the shaft part 12, the opening part 22a of the receiving part 22 is positioned, so as to receive the machine screw 4 stopped to the receiving part 22 from this opening part 22a.
