SOLUTION: An outside pipe 2a is disposed on the outer side of the bleeder pipe 1 and a gap part 3 for cooling fluid is formed between the bleeder pipe 1 and an outside pipe 2a. The kiln tail side end of the gap part by the outside pipe disposed on the outer side of the bleeder pipe is closed. The gap part is provided with an inflow port and drain port for cooling water and further, the outside pipe disposed on the outer side of the bleeder pipe is further provided with an outside pipe in such a manner that cooling air flows out to the kiln tail on the outer side thereof, by which a clearance is formed.
