description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and the strength of holding in the case of fitting and to make a holder compact by holding a radiator, with which a projection lens, cathode-ray tube(CRT) and cooling medium are held, through optical metal fixtures divided into the specified number of elements. SOLUTION: In the optical unit holder composed of a CRT 4, projection lens 6, radiator 8 and optical metal fixtures 10, the radiator 8 is held between a (front) optical metal fixture 10a and a (rear) optical metal fixture 10b and covered from the back with a (lower) optical metal fixture 10c. Thus, the radiator 8 is fixed from the upside by a screw 32a and laterally fixed by a screw 32b, and the radiator 8 can be attached/detached by working a main body 2 of video projection television just from the back. Besides, since the radiator 8 and the optical metal fixture 10b are closely adhered and fixed over wide area, the radiator can be sufficiently held even against impulse such as falling. |
