SOLUTION: On a tuyure metal fitting 1 which is attached to a castable refractory material 6 so as to cover the outlet side end part of the castable refractory material 6, an outer peripheral part (1a) to surround the total outer periphery of the outlet side part of a shell 16, is provided. Then, on the outer peripheral part (1a), paired protruding parts (1b) which protrude outward with intervals, and form an annular passage 11 extending to the total periphery of the shell 16, between them, are provided extending to the total periphery of the outer peripheral part (1a). At the lowermost part of a tuyure metal fitting cooling machine 2, a water feeding pipe 3 which goes through the cooling machine 2 and has the opening on the passage 11, is provided, and at the uppermost part, a water discharging pipe which goes through the cooling machine 2 and has the opening on the passage 11, is provided. Then, water 4 which enters the lowermost part of the passage 11 from the water feeding pipe 3, flows in the passage 11, and is discharged from the water discharging pipe at the uppermost part.
