Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an org. coating film excellent in capability to prevent water accretion by forming a coating film comprising a layer having a specified fractal dimensionality and obtd. by dispersing a plurality of fillers and a layer contg. a perfluoropolyoxyalkyl compd., etc. SOLUTION: An org. film-forming material (e.g. an epoxy resin) and a curative are dissolved in a solvent (e.g. a methyl ethyl ketone/butyl Cellosolve acetate mixture) to give soln. A. 1-10wt.% (based on the film-forming material) perfluoropolyoxyalkyl or perfluoropolyoxyalkylene compd. is added dropwise to and mixed into soln. A to give soln. B. 10-150wt.% (based on the film-forming material) filler mixture comprising silica having an average particle size of 1-40nm and silica having an average particle size of 1-4μm is mixed into soln. B to give an ultra-water-repellent coating material. The coating material is applied to a metal plate and thermally cured to form an ultra-water-repellent coating film which comprises a layer having a fractal dimensionality of 2.4 or higher and a surface doubling factor of 2.0 or higher and a layer contg. a perfluoropolyoxyalkyl compd.
