SOLUTION: An evaporator 10 for cold heat regeneration is disposed in a case 16, and a pack 23 for cold/hot heat regeneration is cooled down and a cold/hot heat regenerative material is frozen by the evaporator 10 for cold heat regeneration at the time of driving a vehicle in summer by bringing the pack 23 for cold/hot heat regeneration into close contact with the tube surface of the evaporator 10 for cold heat regeneration. At the time of parking, a blower 21 for cooling is operated, and after the air in a chamber for temporary sleep sucked from an inlet opening is cooled down by the pack 23 for cold/hot heat regeneration, it is blown down from an outlet opening 19 in the chamber for temporary sleep. In winter, an electric heater 38 and a blower 37a for heating is operated at the time of driving the vehicle, the pack 23 for cold/hot heat regeneration is heated and the hot air is reserved in the cold/hot heat regenerative material. At the time of parking, only the blower 37a is operated, blown air is heated by the pack 23 for cold/hot heat regeneration, the heated air is circulated in a foot warmer 37, and the foot part of a temporally sleeping person is warmed up. |
