INFORMATION TRANSMISSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device capable of transmitting information even in a condition a receiver is separated from a body, by using a vibrating element to vibrate in a constant signal mode to transmit a recognition signal to a transmitter upon re-receiving and a vibrating device equipped with a means, which is to fix itself to clothing or a body, mounted on a housing case. SOLUTION: This information transmission device is equipped with a vibrating element 101 comprising an eccentric wheel and a motor, an electric wire 102 to supply power to drive the vibrating element 101, a case 103 to house those parts, and a means 104 attached to the case 103 to fix the case 103 to clothing or a body. The means 104 to fix the case 103 to clothing or a body is a clip protruding from a vibrator of the vibrating element 101 and has a size almost same with that of the vibrator, and can mount the case to a belt as a wrist watch.
