SOLUTION: A transmission is composed in such a form as an electromagnetic proportional pressure control valve 7 is provided in the main circuit 4 on a backward side of a static oil pressure drive transmission 3, and even when a shift lever is shifted from a forward side to a backward side, a hydraulic motor shaft does not rotate and secures a neutral width until a specified pressure can be obtained, and when the specified pressure is obtained, the pressure rises gradually. In addition, a detector for detecting the rotation of the driving shaft is provided on the driving shaft of a running vehicle, and connected to an operation lever to facilitate the mutual confirmation of a neutral position.
