SOLUTION: In an apparatus to separate a liquid component continuously from a gas-liquid-solid mixture or a liquid-solid mixture, a mixture circulating flow path having a mixture introducing region and a mixture discharging region is formed, a flow path tilting at a prescribed angle to the circulating flow path is neighbored to the circulating flow path, proper flow resistance objects, e.g. throttles, are installed in the tilting flow path, and the flow of the liquid- solid mixture in the flow path is made to be a layered flow region, so that the solid is precipitated and the liquid component is separated.
