Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a pantyhose excellent in stretchability, having soft wearability and hardly broken on wearing (initial breaking) although it is a covering stocking pantyhose by knitting each of a covering yarn of double coating and a covering yarn of single coating alternately for each course. SOLUTION: A pantyhose made of covering yarn consisting of a polyurethane elastic core yarn coated with multifilament of polyamide synthetic fiber is prepared by knitting each of a covering yarn of double coating and a covering yarn of single coating alternately for each course. A faulty loop surface attributable to irregular knitting is reduced by half, the appearance of knit fabric is improved and core breakage is reduced to
