SOLUTION: A ring 11 is provided under a bushing 4, the fellow bushings 4 of each phase are connected through a support member 12, to be fixedly supported. The ring 11 is formed in a two-split shape, a rubber 18 for protecting the bushing 4 is provided inside the ring. The two-split ring 11 is thus provided in the lower part of the bushing 4, the bushings 4 are connected by the support member 12 through the ring 11, so as to improve rigidity between the bushings 4, also rigidity of the bushing 4 itself is improved, so that excessive stress in a root of the bushing 4, generated at transport time, can be suppressed.
