Opening-closing doors 4 are provided at the front end and the rear end of the side frames 2 respectively and a soil barge is positioned in the space 5 formed between the doors and side frames. Curtain walls 6 are suspended from the side frames 2 with popes 7 so that the lower end thereof reaches the bottom 8 of water. A plurality of curtains 9 are arranged to form slits 10 between the curtains in the curtain walls and weights 11 are attached to the lower ends to prevent diffusion of turbidity generated at the time when falling soil has touched the bottom 8 of waters. Further, pressure acting on the curtain 9 is reduced. In this way, diffusion of turbidity on the bottom of water can be prevented.
