SOLUTION: The small electric truck is composed of a drive wheel 4 of the truck, a fixed wheel 5 supporting the truck, free wheels 6 changing the direction, a stopper 7 set when stopping, a cylinder separating the wheel from road surface, a pedal expanding and contracting the cylinder, an assist arm connected to the tip part of the pedal, and a mount attached to the cylinder, and a constant braking force can be obtained irrespective of the abrasion of the wheel or other external force by disengaging the grounding power between the wheel and the road surface of the stopper by the elevation of the cylinder in the stopper 7 disposed in the driving wheel side or in the front or back of the truck 1.
