A detecting means to generate a signal by detecting the separation of the oscillation member 9 when the oscillation member 9 is separated away from a stopper 12 is arranged at either a contact position with the oscillation member 9 or a contact position with the stopper 12. When a signal is generated at the detecting means, the turret machine 2 is caused to move in a stepping state.
