A permanent magnet 5 of which both magnetic poles are directed axially is embedded in a part corresponding to the inside of each of the solenoid coils 3a and 3b in the longitudinal direction of each of the shaft bodies 2a and 2b. A damper 1 is constituted from these shaft bodies 2a and 2b, the solenoid coils 3a and 3b, etc., and an aseismic base isolation device is constituted by arranging two pairs of each of such dampers 1 toward each direction so as to be orthogonal to each other three-dimensionally. |
