Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt an objective value of the sheet crown of a product and the flatness of the product with a high accuracy and also to enable stable rolling. SOLUTION: The manipulated variable for shape control of the final stand for attempting the objective value of the sheet crown of the product and the objective value of the flatness of the product and the target value C* of the sheet crown on the inlet side of the final stand are calculated. About each stand except the final stand, the temporary objective values of the flatness between respective stands are specified and, from these values, the manipulated variable for shape control and the sheet crown on the outlet side of each stand are determined. The determined manipulated variable for shape control of each stand is corrected by taking the balance of flatness between respective stands into consideration so that the sheet crown on the outlet side of the preceding stand of the final stand which is determined in the above-mentioned manner, that is, the sheet crown C on the inlet side of the final stand is made to coincide with the target value C* of the sheet crown on the inlet side of the final stand that is previously calculated. |
