M 1-a Oy )(M b Oz .M 1-b Ow )/S. In the formula, each of M and M is a lanthanum series metal such as lanthanum, an alkali metal such as potassium, an alkaline earth metal such as strontium, each of M and M is a transition metal of the 1st period such as cobalt and copper. The ratio of (M +M ):(M +M ) is 0.1:1.0 to 3.0:1.0 and S is the carrying material containing silicon and aluminum.
