Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce the friction torque of a rebound cushion without losing an impact reducing characteristic at the max. extension by forming the rebound cushion of two or more parts having different material quality and hardness and fitting this by overlapping these parts so as to be freely rotated. CONSTITUTION: A stopper 6 is fixed by sport welding or the like in the specified position of a piston rod 1 having a piston 9 provided in its lower end for plotting a cylinder 7 into two working chambers. A first rebound cushion 5B formed of a material such as nylon or the like having high hardness is assembled on this stopper 6 and a second rebound cushion 5A formed of rubber such as NBR or the like having low hardness is assembled thereon. These two rebound cushion 5A and 5B having different material quality and hardness are superposed and fitted to a hydraulic buffer A so as to be freely rotated. Thus, without losing an impact reducing characteristic at the maximum extension friction torque is reduced.
