SOLUTION: A powder coating material containing resin components consisting of 75-95wt.% of a thermosetting resin composed of hydroxyl- containing polyester resin with 35-100 deg.C glass transition temperature and a blocking isocyanate compound, having 0.7-1.3 mole equivalent ratio of the hydroxyl group to isocyanate group and 5-25wt.% of a thermoplastic resin with 40-250 deg.C softening temperature is so applied to a metal sheet as to make the coating thickness 15-200μm. Then, heat melting is carried out, embossing process is carried out only for the resultant coating film in the condition that the gel content in the melted coating film is 20-70wt.% by using an embossing roll or a patterned sheet, and after that, baking is carried out.
