description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an air-tightness of a heat exchanger part without using any air-tight holding member in respect of a ventilation device. SOLUTION: There is provided a heat exchanger 4 removably assesibled so as to perform a heat exchanging operation between an air feeding and an air discharging. The heat exchanger 4 forms a six-plane body of laminated structure. A ventilation device kept at a function state in which one end surface acting as an inlet in a main body easing 1 is abutted against a structural surface of it is made such that a relation between an end surface side abutted against the structural surface of the heat exchanger 4 and the structural surface acting as a mating surface my become a fitted state between corrugations. An air- tightness between the structural surface and the end surface of the heat exchanger is kept by the fittings.
