description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a weight by supporting a declination shaft parallel to a declination body support part fixed in the direction perpendicular to a pole shaft and slidably in the direction perpendicular to the pole shaft and providing a declination base part attaching a microscope, etc., on both ends of the declination shaft. SOLUTION: The declination body support part 1 is formed in a U shape by a bottom plate 2 and erect plates 3a, 3b on its left/right sides, and support holes 5c passing through the declination shafts 4a, 4b are provided respectively on the erect plates 3a, 3b, and the declination base parts 5a, 5b for attaching the optical equipments such as the microscope, etc., are provided on both ends of the declination shafts 4a, 4b. The pole shaft 7 is fixed to the bottom plate 2 of the declination body support part 1 perpendicular to the declination shafts 4a, 4b. A photographing camera and a guiding microscope or the photographing camera are attached respectively to the declination base parts 5a, 5b of east/ west, and by sliding the declination shafts 4a, 4b, the balance of east/west is balanced, and the declination shafts 4a, 4b are fixed by screwing a slide stopper. Thus, a balance weight is eliminated.
