Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the holding of sufficient adhesivity regardless of printing conditions of a base material and homogeneous application even on a part of the surface of the base material. SOLUTION: This is a method for forming an adhesive layer on the surface of a base material 11. Toner 1 containing an adhesive, capable of forming an adhered layer by applying pressure which can be peeled but hardly adheres again and having electrifying property, is applied on the surface of a base material 11 by electrostatic printing using a photosensitizing dram 105 and it is fixed on the base material 11 by light or heat.
