Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joint that can connect a sheathed tube piped under a floor easily and firmly to a faucet of each room regardless of the finished height of the floor. SOLUTION: A sheathed tube 4 with the bellows-like peripheral surface is inserted in a joint body 1, fixed to a pierced plate body 8, to be connected. In such a tube joint, the joint body 1 is formed of a collar-like fitting part 11 at one opening part 13, and a cylinder part inserted through the plate body 8. A split ring 25 with an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical part and with the uneven inner peripheral surface to be fitted to the bellows-like peripheral surface of the sheathed tube 4 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder part. A screw 18 is provided at the peripheral surface of the cylinder part, and a retaining ring 17 is screwed with the screw 18.
