A suction duct 17 is connected to the suction port 16 of the washing tank 2 and a drying air circulating blower 18 is connected to the suction duct 17 while a blowoff duck 19 is connected to the blower 18 to be connected to the blowoff port of the storage tank 7 and the heater 9 is surrounded by a part of the blowoff duct 19 to be arranged in the blowoff duck 19 to form a drying air circulating passage.
