Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a planting device for temporary enclosure or the like pleasing without spoiling a surrounding view, agreeable to most of the people and easy to install in a small installation place. CONSTITUTION: A planter 2 is installed at the upper part of the wall body of a temporary enclosure 1 or the like, and permeable pipes 4 to be a rainwater storage part are installed at the bottom part in the planter 2. Artificial soil 7 is filled on the storage part. A vine plant 8 is planted in the artificial soil 7, and the upper face of the wall body is covered with a protective cover body 9 such as a protective induction net. A drip hole 3 is formed at the planter 2, in the upper part position of the permeable pipes 4, the rainwater storage part.
