CONSTITUTION: When this method is applied for air-conditioning duct of 90 deg. elbow (bent tube), for example, which is provided with the largest radius of curvature of three-dimensional curved surface of the outer peripheral surface of a duct main bode 1 among various air-conditioning ducts, the air-conditioning duct main body 1, consisting of molten zinc plated steel sheets, is coated by paper 2 for the air-conditioning duct, whose thickness is about 0.7mm. In this case, the outer periphery of the duct main body 1 is coated by the paper 2 for air-conditioning duct, which is in wetted condition containing moisture, whereby the coating of adhered condition can be realized. Thereafter, the paper 2 for air-conditioning duct is dried whereby the paper 2 is adhered to the outer periphery of the duct main body 1 closely without any gap.
