description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a turning angle sensor and to facilitate the operation thereof by conducting the lead wire whose second part is rotatably journaled by a first sensor part and the first sensor is connected to a contact track, to the plug contact point of a plug connecting part. SOLUTION: A sensor 20 is provided with first and second sensor parts 21, 22. The part 21 is turned together with a casing 2 through a plastic part 10, and the part 22 is integrally constituted with a cylindrical part 14. An electrical lead wire 66 is embedded in the part 10, and on the end surface side 11 contact tracks 24, 24a, 24b, 24c are printed. The space (a) between the end surface 11 and the lead wire 66c is selected as small as possible, so that the electrical connection between the lead wire 66 and the contact track 24 can be guaranteed. While there is a space S between the plug contact point 66f and the outer surface of the casing 2, an expansion loop 72 is provided, and even if the partial region 66d is large, no inconvenience is caused for the connection between the lead wire 66 and the contact track 24. The contact track 24a is connected to the lead wire 66' and an expansion loop 72' is provided even in the inside of the lead wire 66'. |
