Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To generate no strain to the shell of molding flask so as to extend life of a core by retracting a periphery increasing plate to the inner side of molding flask by a periphery increasing means and then turning left/right part molding flasks inward around a hinge by a part molding flask turning means. CONSTITUTION: A prepared unshaped refractory 13 is poured into the space between a molding flask 12 and the inner peripheral face of molten iron ladle with use of a shute 58, while vibrating by a vibrator 19a, and is cured/solidified. Successively, by retracting a rod 31 of a vertically extending/retracting cylinder 32, a periphery increasing plate 16 is retracted into the molding flask 12 along a sliding plate 40 of a horizontal beam 21, the periphery increasing plate 16 is peeled off from the inner peripheral face of castable refractory 13. Next, a rod 29 of an extending/retracting cylinder 28 is retracted and left/right part molding flasks 17, 18 are turned inward around a hinge 25 and are peeled off from the inner peripheral face of prepared unshaped refractory 13. At this time, because a thick shell 19 having large rigidity is placed at the contact face with the prepared unshaped refractory 13, strain is hard to be generated on the shell.
