METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INFORMATION COMMUNICATION NETWORK OPERATION

PURPOSE: To perform a process based upon an execution subject received by a managed device by processing the execution subject from a managing device when it can be executed, and transferring the execution subject to the managed device unless it can be executed. CONSTITUTION: The managing device 100 which manages an information communication network 500 and plural managed devices 200 which are managed by the managing device 100 are connected through the information communication network 500. Each managed device 200 consists of an execution subject interpreting and executing means 220 which interprets and executes the execution subject, a management information storage means 260 which stores information, and a processing substance converting and executing means 220, and has a resource control means 230 which controls resources. The managed device 200 performs the processing based upon the execution subject by converting a processing generated when the execution subject received from the managing device 100 is executed into a processing substance that can be interpreted by the managed device 200. When the device can not process the subject by itself, the execution subject is transferred to another managed device 200.
